Lime Rock Resources Divests Fund IV Purcell Asset at Premium to Internal Valuation

Houston, Texas — February 23, 2026 — Lime Rock Resources (“Lime Rock”), an energy private equity firm focused on acquiring and operating producing oil and gas properties across the United States, announced the successful divestiture of its Purcell asset in McClain County, Oklahoma.

The transaction reflects Lime Rock’s disciplined approach to portfolio management and its ability to selectively monetize assets at attractive valuations. The Purcell asset was divested at a premium to LRR’s internal valuation marks, further enhancing DPI for Fund IV investors.
