Eric Mullins is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Lime Rock Resources team and has jointly led the team since co-founding the Lime Rock Resources strategy in 2005. Mr. Mullins oversees all strategic, financial, and operational aspects of the Lime Rock Resources funds.
Prior to joining Lime Rock, Mr. Mullins served as a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs where he led numerous financing, structuring, and strategic advisory transactions for public and private E&P companies in the division’s Natural Resources Group. He spent the last 10 years of his 15-year career in Goldman Sachs’ Houston office. Mr. Mullins serves on the board of directors for ConocoPhillips and Valero Energy Corporation. He is also on the board of trustees of the Baylor College of Medicine. He is a graduate of Stanford University (A.B.) and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania (M.B.A.).
Charlie Adcock is the Vice Chairman of the Lime Rock Resources team and has jointly led the team since co-founding the Lime Rock Resources strategy in 2005. He oversees all strategic, financial, and operational aspects of the Lime Rock Resources funds. Mr. Adcock has over 40 years of experience at independent E&P companies in the United States, encompassing operations, acquisitions, strategic planning, and senior management. Through 2004, Mr. Adcock spent 12 years at The Houston Exploration Company in various operations and senior management positions, including as a Senior Vice President responsible for all operational and financial performance of one of the company’s two business units and, prior to that, as head of its acquisitions group.
Prior to joining Houston Exploration, Mr. Adcock held various engineering and managerial positions with NERCO Oil & Gas, Union Texas Petroleum, Apache Corporation, American Natural Resources, and Aminoil USA. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University (B.S.) with a degree in civil engineering and the University of St. Thomas (M.B.A.).
Tim Miller joined the Lime Rock Resources team in 2005 to lead the operations function and is now President and Chief Operating Officer. He leads all daily operations, drilling and other operational improvement projects, land management, and geology efforts across all Lime Rock Resources funds. He has over 35 years of diverse executive, field management, and engineering experience in oil and gas operations in the United States. From 1984 until 2005, Mr. Miller worked at the El Paso Corporation and Coastal Oil and Gas Company before it merged with El Paso in 2001. In 1994, after 12 years working as a petroleum engineer, Mr. Miller took on increasingly larger managerial responsibilities at Coastal and El Paso. He eventually rose to El Paso’s Vice President, Texas Gulf Coast Division, responsible for all of the company’s operations in the area. Mr. Miller is a graduate of the University of Missouri, Rolla (B.S.) with a degree in petroleum engineering and Oklahoma City University (M.B.A.).
Townes Pressler joined Lime Rock in 2007 and is now the Chief Financial Officer of the Lime Rock Resources team. From 2007 to early 2018, he served as a Managing Director and Operating Partner of the Lime Rock Partners team where he led portfolio company partnerships primarily in the U.S. E&P sector and sat on various portfolio company boards. Prior to joining Lime Rock, he had over 20 years of experience as an energy entrepreneur and as a strategic advisor to energy companies. From 2004 to 2007, Townes served as Principal of Peregrine Oil & Gas LP, a private equity-backed independent oil and gas producer he co-founded, focused in the Gulf of Mexico. From 2002 to 2004, he ran the Houston office of international energy investment bank Harrison Lovegrove & Co. Before that, he served in various capacities at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, later becoming Managing Director of the Global Energy Group of Credit Suisse after Credit Suisse’s acquisition of DLJ. Townes is a graduate of Washington and Lee University (B.A.) and the University of Texas (M.B.A.).
Jonathan Hickman joined the Lime Rock Resources team in 2006 as a Reservoir Engineer and is now Executive Vice President, Reserves and Land. He leads all acquisition engineering analysis, new drilling analysis and strategy, and reserve analysis. Mr. Hickman has over 15 years of diverse petroleum engineering, reserve analysis, operations, and acquisition and divestiture experience. He previously served as Asset Manager – Permian Region and most recently, Director of Acquisitions and Divestitures. Prior to joining Lime Rock, he worked in both the production and reservoir engineering groups of ExxonMobil. Mr. Hickman is a graduate of Texas A&M University (B.S.) and the University of Texas (M.B.A.).
Clay Coneley joined the Lime Rock Resources team in 2022 as a Managing Director with a focus on investor relations and business development, including fundraising, investor reporting and communications, limited partner co-investing, public relations, and strategic marketing initiative efforts. Clay has over 20 years of investment banking and capital markets experience, including 15 years with energy sector focus at Jefferies and Company, Tudor Pickering Holt & Co, and U.S. Capital Advisors. Clay is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin (B.A. Economics) and South Texas College of Law in Houston (J.D.).
Doug Genrich joined the Lime Rock Resources team in 2024 as Vice President of Operations. He leads all drilling, completion, production operations, as well as providing operational leadership across all Lime Rock Resources funds. Mr. Genrich has over 37 years of experience in oil and gas development with diverse skills in executive management, drilling, completion, production, ESG, and procurement operations. He has an extensive background in horizontal unconventional, conventional, and shale development operations. Most recently, he was Vice President of Operations for Callon Petroleum responsible for all Callon’s drilling and completion operations. In addition, he has provided executive management for several private companies including Sabine Oil & Gas, Opal Resources, and Paloma Resources. He started his career with Union Pacific Resources and Anadarko Petroleum working operations for the development of horizontal conventional and unconventional plays in the U.S. as well as conventional plays internationally. Mr. Genrich is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin (B.S.) with a degree in petroleum engineering and a registered professional engineer in Texas.
Debra Sandefer joined the Lime Rock Resources team in 2006 as Landman and is now the team’s Vice President and Counsel for Acquisitions and Divestitures. She manages all aspects of Lime Rock Resources’ acquisition process, including the negotiation of legal agreements and completion of due diligence. She brings over 30 years of experience to the role. Prior to joining the Lime Rock Resources team, Ms. Sandefer worked in El Paso’s business development group, where she was integral to the acquisition and divestiture of mineral and leasehold interests. Prior to joining El Paso, she worked as a title attorney and as a landman for TransTexas Corporation and Exxon. Ms. Sandefer is a graduate of Arizona State University (B.S.) and Texas Tech University (J.D.).
Angelique Brou joined Lime Rock in 2011 and is now the Chief Accounting Officer and Controller of the Lime Rock Resources team. She previously served as the Corporate Secretary and SEC Reporting Manager for LRR Energy, L.P. until the partnership was sold in 2015. Prior to joining Lime Rock, Angelique held roles in SEC Reporting at multiple public companies, including McMoRan Exploration Co. She began her career in the Assurance practice of Deloitte.
Angelique holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and an M.B.A. from Louisiana State University. She is a licensed certified public accountant in Texas and Louisiana.
Christa Yin joined the Lime Rock Resources team in 2019 as the Director of Reservoir Engineering. She is responsible for coordinating the reserve process for the quarterly and annual reserve reports, facilitating borrowing base reviews, evaluating potential acquisition/divesture packages, and assisting with optimizing field development plans across the asset base. Ms. Yin has 25 years of diverse petroleum engineering, reserve analysis, operations, and acquisition and divestiture experience. Prior to joining Lime Rock Resources, she worked for several companies—varying from small, private equity-backed companies to large, public, independent companies—in various roles within the operations, reservoir engineering, and business development groups. Ms. Yin is a graduate of Texas A&M University (B.S.).
Hank Porter joined the Lime Rock Resources team in 2018 to run Drilling, Completion and Workover operations for Lime Rock’s Bakken Assets. After a year with Lime Rock Resources, Mr. Porter was promoted to Operations Manager, supervising all company operated assets with a focus on completion optimization and major well workover projects. He has 20 years of experience in operations that include working offshore in the Gulf of Mexico, in international basins, and in all major U.S. shale plays. Prior to Lime Rock Resources, Mr. Porter worked for Halliburton and Marathon Oil in a variety of operational roles and as a reservoir engineer. Mr. Porter is a graduate of the University of Alabama (B.S.) with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Michelle Phillips joined the Lime Rock Resources team in 2023 as Vice President, Land. Michelle has over 18 years of industry experience working in basins across the continental U.S. and managing assets through all stages of development. She has previously served in management roles with responsibilities including both surface and mineral land issues. Prior to Lime Rock Resources, she served as Director of Land at Callon, Land Manager at Hess Corporation, and Assistant Professor at the University of North Dakota. Michelle is a graduate of Georgetown University (B.S. Management) and the University of Oklahoma (J.D. and M.B.A.). She is a licensed attorney in multiple states.
