Eric Mullins joined Lime Rock in 2005 as a Managing Director and co-head of the Lime Rock Resources team. Prior to joining Lime Rock, Mr. Mullins served as a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs where he led numerous financing, structuring, and strategic advisory transactions in the division’s Natural Resources Group. Mr. Mullins worked in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs from August 1990 to April 2005 and in the division’s Natural Resources Group for 14.5 years out of that 15 year period. In 1995, Mr. Mullins moved from the firm’s New York office to its Houston office where he continued to focus almost exclusively on financing and strategic mergers and acquisitions advisory work for public and private E&P companies. Mr. Mullins is the Chairman of the YMCA Retirement Fund board of Trustees. He is a graduate of Stanford University (A.B.) and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania (M.B.A).
