Debra Sandefer joined the Lime Rock Resources team in May 2006 as Landman and is now the team’s Land Manager. She manages all of Lime Rock Resources’ oil and gas leasing and titling operations and strategy. She brings over 25 years of experience to the role. Prior to joining the Lime Rock Resources team, Ms. Sandefer worked in El Paso’s business development group where she was integral to the acquisition and divestiture of mineral and leasehold interests. Prior to joining El Paso, she worked as a title attorney and as a landman for TransTexas Corporation and Exxon. She is a graduate of Arizona State University (B.S.) and Texas Tech University (J.D.).
