Lime Rock Resources Announces Three Promotions

HOUSTON, March 25, 2014 — Lime Rock Resources, acquirers and operators of producing oil and gas properties in the United States, today announces three promotions: Tim Miller is now Executive Vice President of Operations and Chief Operating Officer; Chris Butta is now Senior Vice President of Engineering and Chief Engineer; and Morrow Evans is now Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer.  Mr. Butta and Mr. Miller have been with the Lime Rock Resources team since its inception in 2005, and Mr. Evans joined the team in 2009.  The three individuals and the co-CEOs of the Lime Rock Resources team will continue to serve as the senior management of the organization.

Lime Rock Resources also announces that David Sibley has been promoted to Facilities Manager for the Lime Rock Resources team and Dawn Smajstrla has joined the team as Controller.
