Acquisition Criteria

Lime Rock Resources seeks to acquire a diverse set of oil and gas properties. Criteria for acquisition prospects include:

• Properties in all major oil and gas basins in the United States
• Properties with primarily proved reserves
• Long-lived properties with long-term production histories and other mature properties with highly predictable production profiles
• Properties in mature fields with some additional drilling opportunities
• Properties sold as individual assets or properties sold in multi-property packages
• Corporate stock transactions with privately-owned or public oil and gas companies

The Lime Rock Resources team directly operates its acquired properties. In very select circumstances, Lime Rock Resources will acquire non-operated interests in oil and gas properties in the United States.
